When should we confirm our ceremony start time?
Confirm your ceremony start time after booking, during the stage when the major planning pieces are being arranged.
When should we book our florist?
Book your florist around six months before your wedding and finalize your décor plan during this stage.
When should we request rental items?
Request rental items, such as an arch, chairs, linens, and place cards, about 2 months before your wedding.
When do we select our dinner menu?
Select your dinner menu around one month before your wedding. Merriman’s will send the current menus to you.
What needs to be completed one month before the wedding?
One month before your wedding, select your dinner and bar menus, finalize your floor plan or seating chart, complete and return Merriman’s Final Checklist, and approve your final timeline.
