But beyond the location, you’re working with a team that has over 35 years of hospitality experience and an in-house coordinator who manages the details alongside you from booking through the final timeline. Add to that Chef Peter Merriman’s farm-to-table cuisine, sourced from local farms and fishermen, and the result is a wedding that feels rooted in Hawaii rather than just staged in it.

Yes. We work with intimate elopements and larger celebrations alike. Our venue spaces accommodate a range of guest counts, and our coordination services scale with your event. When you inquire, our team will help match you to the right location and setup for your party size.

Absolutely. The majority of our couples are planning from the mainland or internationally and have never set foot on the property before their wedding day. Our events team is experienced working remotely — we’ll walk you through venue photos, floor plans, and layout options so you can make confident decisions without being here in person. Many couples choose to visit Kapalua at some point during the engagement, and we’re happy to schedule a site visit when you’re on Maui, but it’s never a requirement. We’ve helped countless couples plan a beautiful celebration entirely from afar.
